Terms and Conditions

Confirmation
Your child’s place in a Creativity Hood class or course is confirmed once booked and paid for through our online system. If inquiries are made by phone, email, or in person, you will be directed to complete the online booking. A place is not secured until full payment is received.

Booking
Responsibility for booking details and payment lies with the person making the booking. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If the class is fully booked, you will be added to a waiting list, and we will contact you if space becomes available. Creativity Hood reserves the right to withhold full payment if a participant withdraws after booking.

Re-Enrolment & Cancellation
Term-time courses are paid on a 8 week basis. If joining before the start of the month, the additional classes will be charged. Bookings are for a minimum term, unless joining mid-term. A student is automatically re-enrolled unless you notify us in writing at least 30 days before the next term starts. Failure to notify results in a 25% fee retention.

Payment
All accounts must be paid in full before attending classes. The place is not secured until full payment is received.

Arrival & Departure
Students must be signed in and out by parents or designated persons. Students must arrive no earlier than five minutes before the class and be collected within five minutes of the session ending.

Programme Changes
Creativity Hood reserves the right to alter course details or teaching staff if necessary. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, we will inform parents and provide an online alternative for the missed session.

Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their personal property. We recommend wearing appropriate clothing or an apron for creative activities.

Meals and Snacks
Please bring water-based drinks and snacks clearly labelled. Creativity Hood is a nut-free zone, and nut products will be confiscated.

Health and Injuries
Students attend at their own risk. Parents must inform Creativity Hood of any medical conditions or injuries during the booking process. In case of emergency, we will contact parents using the provided emergency details.

Photography
Photographs and videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not want your child included in these images.

Equal Opportunities
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any language or actions that are discriminatory or disruptive. Behaviour deemed inappropriate will result in a warning, and repeated issues may lead to removal from the class.

Kindness Policy
At Creativity Hood, we believe kindness is at the heart of our community. We encourage students to show respect, empathy, and support for one another. Any behaviour that undermines this atmosphere, including bullying or exclusion, will not be tolerated. Students who demonstrate kindness and consideration for others will be celebrated as role models for their peers.

Feedback
We welcome feedback to improve our services. Please contact us with any concerns, and we will address them as promptly as possible.
